Description: On May 10, 2011, Plaintiff was driving his vehicle. For no lawful reason, unmarked police vehicles pulled up in front of Plaintiff, forcing him to break. NYPD Officers Detective Betzayda Fraticelli, Sergeant Tyron Pope, Lieutenant James Mooney, and others emerged with their guns pointed. Without reasonable suspicion they searched the vehicle, and finding nothing, arrested Plaintiff. He was then unlawfully strip searched at the precinct, where the officers made false reports about him.

Description: On October 22, 2012, sometime before 2:00 a.m., Plaintiff was taking a walk after having a disagreement with his wife. As he was walking in front of 235 West 113th Street in New York City, he was arrested by two officers of the Manhattan North Narcotics Bureau Upon information and belief, the arrest was undertaken due to false statements by Defendant U.C. 0213 indicating that he participated in the criminal sale of narcotics. The Defendants did not recover any drugs or other contraband from the Plaintiff. On April 3, 2012, a County of New York grand jury indicted Plaintiff on a charge of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree.
