Description: On January 24, 2015, Plaintiff was apprehended in the vicinity of 6th Avenue and Thompson Street (New York County) upon belief that Plaintiff had run after having spray-painted graffiti on a building. Plaintiff was immediately grabbed and violently thrown to the ground. Two or more Defendant Officers- William Morris, Brian Benvenuto, Nicholas Castiello, Kelvin Ozuna, Michael Alfieri, pushed Plaintiff to the ground, where one Defendant officer grabbed his arms and the other put a knee into his back, with his face pressed to the ground.
