Description: On December 27, 2016, at around 11 PM, Plaintiff was standing in the vicinity of 1730 Watson Avenue when Defendant POs Tagliaferri, Doe and Roe stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered and detained Plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner for no reasonable cause. While in custody, Defendant POs subjected Plaintiff to a strip search. Thereafter, Plaintiff was taken to a police station in the County of Bronx and after his arrest, he was arraigned and falsely prosecuted with committing a crime.
