Description: On February 26, 2013, at about 1:00 PM, Defendants DET. MICHAEL WERNER, and DET. ANDERSON WALCOTT arrived in the hallway in front of plaintiff BRYAN HEDIAN’s apartment at 546 W. 164th Street, Apt. 1G, New York, New York, 10032, without an arrest warrant or search warrant. Defenadts entered the apartment without OLIVER HEDIAN’s permission. Defendants knocked OLIVER HEDIAN down, then beat, kneed, handcuffed, and dragged him from the apartment into the hallway. WENDEL HEDIAN was handcuffed and punched five times in the back of his head, causing lacerations, and jabbed with a hard object on the ribs and head.
