Description: On August 7, 2013, Plaintiffs were all inside the apartment they share with the infant child of Plaintiffs Mary Cheeks and Jon Gunter. Plaintiff Cheeks was asleep on the living room couch and awoke to Defendants and other plainclothes officers breaking down and storming through her front door, pointing their weapons, pulling her from the couch to a chair, and handcuffing her.
