Description: On or about January 24, 2012, Plaintiff Rafael Paulino was visiting his brother Plaintiff Modesto Paulino, at 15 Arden Place, Apt. 33, in New York City, NY. At approximately 6:30 AM, Plaintiff Rafael Paulino was asleep on the living room couch when he was approached by Defendant Police Officers, including Defendant Brian Fleming and Defendant Anthony Diaz. The Defendants threw him to the ground, handcuffed him from the back, and proceeded to punch, kick, and otherwise physically abuse him.
