Description: Plaintiff was waiting in the lobby of a client's building when two plain-clothed officers approached him. They asked for his ID and brought him to a stairwell where they accused him of buying drugs and searched him multiple times. After telling him multiple times that they were letting him go, they arrested the plaintiff after he had informed them he recorded their interaction. When he was released from the station, the recording was deleted.

Description: Defendant officers Egan and Tufano pulled over Plaintiff's car, searched it, and found Plaintiff's construction tools. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct and given a DAT for 265.02 Criminal Possession of a Weapon for a sheetrock knife, which was later dismissed. On another occasion, Defendant Officers Munoz and Delgado pulled over Plaintiff, searched his car, found a billy club and sheetrock knife, and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, which were later dismissed.
