Description: On or about December 2nd, 2017, Plaintiff was lawfully present at his girlfriend's apartment in Brooklyn when DETECTIVE Yuriy Manzurov, PO Andrew Parfenoff, PO "John Doe" entered the premises. Plaintiff informed the PO's that this was not his apartment. PO's proceeded to search the entire apartment and the individuals present.
