Description: On or about March 4, 2016 Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of Putnam and Irving avenue when several POs, including PO Jacqueline DeJesus, approached and falsely claimed Plaintiff had been in the front section of a raid location. Plaintiff was never inside the raid location. Regardless, Plaintiff was arrested, transported to the precinct, interrogated, and arrested for possession of contraband seized from the raid location. Plaintiff was kept in custody, including at Riker's, for approximately 5 days. POs knowingly provided false information to commence a malicious prosecution against Plaintiff.
