Description: Defendant officers approached Plaintiff while he was sitting in his mother's car in the driveway of his building and stated that the car was stolen. Even though Plaintiff showed him verifying documentation, Plaintiff was handcuffed, arrested, and brought to a precinct. Defendant Officer Gun stated that in arrest paperwork that she saw Plaintiff in possession of a quantity of marijuana. Plaintiff was charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the 5th degree and unlawful possession of marijuana, which were ACD'd at arraignments.
