Description: On July 3, 2016, plaintiff, while at his residence, called the NYC police because of a disturbance involving his adult daughter. The defendant officers arrived and thereafter attacked plaintiff. During the course of arresting and handcuffing plaintiff, Baldofsky pulled plaintiff's arm out of its socket,, causing plaintiff great pain and suffering that necessitated surgical repair.
