Description: On September 25, 2013, Plaintiff was lawfully at an apartment building in Brooklyn, visiting a friend on the third floor. On his way up, Plaintiff was approached by the two defendants who asked if he lived in the building. Plaintiff said he did not, was there visiting a friend, and provided identification. Plaintiff was pushed against a well, tightly handcuffed and unlawfully searched for contraband but Plaintiff had no contraband. Though not having observed Plaintiff committing any crimes, Plaintiff was taken in handcuffs to the 73rd Precinct and eventually Central Booking.
