Description: On December 20, 2012, Plaintiff was lawfully inside of her apartment when approximately 10 unknown Defendant NYPD officers unlawfully entered Plaintiff's apartment without a warrant, consent, probable cause, or any legal justification. The Defendants pointed their firearms directly at Plaintiff and ordered her not to move. Plaintiff complied, but a Defendant approached Plaintiff, unlawfully grabbed her face and body, and slammed her head into the wall. The Defendants then handcuffed Plaintiff in an unreasonably tight manner. Plaintiff requested that the Defendants loosen the handcuffs, but they ignored her.
