Description: Defendant officers approached Plaintiff while he was standing in front of his house. Plaintiff consented to a search but then was frisked three times and when he asked what the probable cause was, Officer Pralgo pushed him and then other officers joined in assaulting him. Plaintiff was taken to the 75th precinct and charged with resisting arrest and dis con, which were later dismissed.

Description: On January 19, 2012, at approximately 3:00 a.m., Plaintiff was sleeping at his friend's apartment when he suddenly heard shouting and saw flashlights and various men who he later found out were Defendant police officers. One of the Defendant officers grabbed Plaintiff and threw him on the floor and then kneeled down with one leg on Plaintiff's back. Description: Defendant officers approached Plaintiffs while they were sitting in their father's car, unlawfully arrested them, took them to the 75th Pct, and charged them with PL 220.03, Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, which were subsequently ACD'd against both plaintiffs. Five days later, defendant officers entered Plaintiff's apartment, threw him to the ground, searched him and the apartment, and took him to the 75th PCT. Plaintiff was charged with 265.03, which was eventually dismissed.
