Description: On June 26, 2023, Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of West 191st Street and St. Nicholas Avenue when Defendant Officers Amandeep Kaur, Michael Ryan, Muzli Kastrati, and others, without probable cause, approached, searched, handcuffed, seized, and arrested Plaintiff in an excessive manner and with excessive force. All criminal actions against Plaintiff were terminated favorably by dismissal.
