Description: On May 21, 2013, at approximately 1:00pm, while present in the Jay Street Subway Station, in Brooklyn, NY, Plaintiff Brian Gorky-Quarshie was unlawfully stopped, searched, subjected to excessive force, and arrested by Defendant NYPD officers THOMASZ KONARZEWSKI, DANIEL DAVIDSON, MICHAEL FORESTER, SGT.
