Description: On September 27, 2023 at approximately 3:00 a.m., Plaintiff was shopping for food in a store when NYPD Officers including Kaldas and Javed grabbed him, twisted his right wrist and hand, handcuffed him and jerked his shoulders in an upward direction causing substantial pain. Inside the store and later in the police vehicle, Plaintiff repeatedly requested the police use two sets of handcuffs due to his size and prior disabilities, but the officers ignored his requests. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct, searched, and forced to remain inside a holding cell. He wasn't given medical attention as to the injuries inflicted by the police.
