Keith Orvieto, PO Waleska Cruz, and other unnamed officers seized Plaintiff's car and caused Plaintiff to be handcuffed, arrested, and physically detained without legal justification. Sgt. Orvieto, PO Cruz, and other unnamed officers caused Plaintiff to be imprisoned for several hours at various locations, including a police precinct.
