Description: On June 27, 2023 Plaintiff was near his vehicle which was lawfully parked on the street. PO Michael Vasquez, PO Pierre Senat, and PO Francesco Monastra were in an unmarked police vehicle pursuing an individual in an ATV when their negligence caused the ATV to collide with Plaintiff's vehicle. Plaintiff lawfully filmed the scene and did not interfere with police activity. Regardless, POs attempted to stop Plaintiff from filming. Description: On or about April 2, 2023, at the intersection of East 233rd Street and Webster Avenue, in Bronx county, an unmarked vehicle in front of and blocked the plaintiff who was operating a scooter. Defendant NYPD officers John Doe #1 and Alvarez who exited the unmarked vehicle were not wearing uniforms and did not identify themselves as police officers. Because he did not know the individuals were officers, plaintiff ran away from the intersection on foot.
