Description: On May 24, 2020, defendant POs, including Bezaes, DOE and ROE, approached plaintiff when she was in the vicinity of 1035 Longwood Avenue and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search while in the custody of defendants. Plaintiff was arraigned after her arrest and remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against her were terminated favorably.
