Description: On December 13, 2013, Plaintiff was assaulted and battered by officers Stanley Reed, Keicho Phillips, Peter Sotiriou. Without any provocation and for no lawful reason, the officers brutalized Plaintiff, including punching her squarely in her mouth with a closed fist. Then they pushed her down onto their police vehicle and handcuffed her. She was taken to the precinct and to Central Booking.
