Description: On December 13, 2013, Plaintiff was assaulted and battered by officers Stanley Reed, Keicho Phillips, Peter Sotiriou. Without any provocation and for no lawful reason, the officers brutalized Plaintiff, including punching her squarely in her mouth with a closed fist. Then they pushed her down onto their police vehicle and handcuffed her. She was taken to the precinct and to Central Booking. Having been in pain for hours and in obvious need of medical treatment, she requested medical treatment while at Central Booking. She was taken to a hospital for her injuries. Back at Central Booking, she was confined again in a cold cell with significant pain. She requested medical treatment but was refused by the officers....
