Description: On August, 19th 2020, Plaintiff was falsely arrested from the PO Defendants and charged with multiple offenses related to crimes apparently committed on July 8th 2020, including but not limited to robbery in the first degree and Grand Larceny in the 4th degree, although the PO Defendants were aware he didn’t commit any crimes. In fact, on July 8th 2020, Plaintiff was involved in a traffic accident at the intersection between New York Avenue and Fulton Street. Two NYPD vehicles were parked at the Mercy Avenue entrance of Fulton Street because of public demonstrations occurring in or about that area.
