Description: On July 20, 2019, Plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, frisked, and searched by NYPD Officers, including Officers John Brennan, Anthony Cosenza, and Peter Behan after Plaintiff heard gunshots. Although the Officers did not recover any illegal drugs, weapons, or contraband in their search, they handcuffed Plaintiff and transported Plaintiff against his will to the precinct. Description: On or about March 9, 2019, NYPD Officers Stephan Noel, John Brennan, Colin Michael, and two other NYPD officers whose names are unknown, chased Plaintiff into his home without cause while he was outside watching a music video being filmed. In his home, the officers assaulted, handcuffed, and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was brought to a hospital and then was put in a holding cell. Charges were eventually dismissed against Plaintiff. Another plaintiff, the owner of the property, suffered damage to the property from the pursuit.
