Complaint
Description: On October 6, 2023, at approximately 3:30 A.M. on the corner of Sutter Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue Brooklyn, plaintiff was arrested without probable cause by defendant police officers Betts (no first name given) and John Doe, who used excessive force (by grabbing, shoving and battering plaintiff) and later, when taking plaintiff in custody, denied plaintiff medication, food and sanitary facilities while humiliating and degrading plaintiff, all of which cased severe and serious injury to plaintiff and has caused plaintiff to continue to suffer what have become permanent physical, emotional and psychological injuries for which plaintiff continues to seek medical treatment.
