Complaint
Description: Officers Bencea, Ibanez, Colon, Carbone, Williamson, and Sweeney arrived at Plaintiff's residence without the necessary documentation and asked if their daughter was home. Officer Williamson got visibly frustrated when Plaintiff would not allow the officers into their residence. Someone named Melissa, who was in the residence at the time but was not the owner, let the officers in without Plaintiff's consent and without a search warrant and they searched the entire apartment.
