Description: On October 28, 2021, Plaintiff, Mr. Brown, was lawfully present at 153-70 South Conduit Avenue, Queens, NY, when defendants, including Detective Melissa Napoli, unlawfully searched and falsely arrested the Plaintiff claiming she observed a video of Mr. Brown committing a burglary. Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted untill these charges were dismissed on July 28, 2022. Similarly on November 17, 2021 Plaintiff was falsely arrested again by Defendant Andrei Pavlovici under similar false charges of committing multiple burglaries.
