Complaint
Description: On November 4 2011, Plaintiff was on a subway platform when he was approached by NYPD officers. They immediately tightly cuffed him, illegally searched his body and pockets, and held him for about ten minutes until a voice came over the police radio saying another suspect was in custody. When Plaintiff went into the transit police office of the station to register a complaint, where he was verbally abused and pushed out to platform. Officers threatened his life if he continued to complain. No charges were ever filed.
