Description: On July 21, 2012, Plaintiff was lawfully walking to her home on DeKalb Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. Defendant officers were outside of plaintiff’s home. Suddenly without warning, a defendant officer grabbed Plaintiff from behind, violently pushed her head and neck in a downward direction, causing severe pain, then punched her the face. Defendants left the scene, and Plaintiff, injured and in pain, went to Wykoff Heights Medical Center for treatment.
