Description: Defendant Officers tapped Plaintiff's cell phone, followed him, and stopped him. Defendant Officer Maria assaulted him, Defendant Officer Fahim shot him multiple times, and other defendant officers failed to intervene or engaged in the assault. On a separate occasion, Det. Torino took Plaintiff out of jail and assaulted him.
