Description: Plaintiff was in the car with his friend when defendants officers stopped them and asked them for ID. Defendant officers assaulted plaintiff, resulting in injuries that defendant officers refused to send plaintiff to the hospital. Plaintiff was arrested and brought to the 79th precinct and charged with Obstruction of Government Administrate and resisting arrest.
