Description: On May 9, 2014, Plaintiff, who was with his infant daughter, was walking towards his car from a store when he was stopped by Defendant Officers Concepcion and DOES. Both Defendant Officers requested identification from Plaintiff and Plaintiff provided valid identification. Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested. Plaintiff and his daughter were both placed inside of a police car when Plaintiff was not engaged in any unlawful or illegal behavior, nor had any warrants for his arrests. Plaintiff was transported to 44 police precinct and was placed into a cell.
