Description: On May 29, 2020, Plaintiff was arrested by NYPD officers—including Officer Giannatonio—while on the sidewalk in Brooklyn, New York. Plaintiff was injured during the arrest by officers and then was transported into custody. Plaintiff was held in custody for over 24 hours without receiving medical attention.
