Description: On or about November 21, 2020, the plaintiff, Gary Wright-Leslie was approached by the defendants, NYPD Police Officers, Anthony Villacis and Lt. Ilya Dimantov while sitting in his vehicle which was stopped in the vicinity of 17th Street and 81st Street, Brooklyn, New York. Without legal justification, the defendants grabbed and forcibly removed Mr. Wright-Leslie from his vehicle and, without a court-ordered warrant, probable cause or reasonable suspicion, searched Mr. Wright-Leslie's vehicle and person. The defendants then handcuffed Mr. Wright-Leslie in an excessively tight fashion, causing him severe pain and discomfort.
