Description: On June 10, 2019, Plaintiff Alla Bychenkova was lawfully present at the WIN Glenwood Family Residence when she was assaulted, severely battered restrained and confined by Defendant Police Officers John Does 1-5. Police Officers John Does 1-5 acted within the scope of their employment when they inflicted physical harm upon Bychenkova without probable cause or appropriate legal justification. Police Officers John Does 1-5 acted in a manner that was likewise criminal, intentional, negligent, willful, wanton, and with total disregard to the serious harm being inflicted upon Bychenkova
The alleged misconduct resulted in severe physical injuries, mental anguish, and ongoing distress for the Bychenkova.
