Complaint
Description: On February 22, 2014, Jason Wilson was wrongfully arrested by NYPD officers, including P.O. Lucia Baldanza and unidentified officers (John Does #1-5), while lawfully present at 1600 Broadway, New York. Wilson, who had been selling CDs of his own music with a general vendor's license, was charged with Aggressive Begging in a Public Place and Disorderly Conduct without any reasonable suspicion or probable cause. After spending approximately 24 hours in custody and three months attending court, the charges against him were dismissed on May 28, 2014.
