Description: Defendant Officer Pinnock stopped Plaintiffs while they were walking home, accused one of urinating on the street, and then proceeded to attack Plaintiff 1 and was aided in his assault by other Defendant Officers, who yelled discriminatory comments, and then proceeded to assault Plaintiffs 2 and 3 as well. Plaintiffs 2 and 3 were charged with OCA which was ACD'd and Plaintiff 1 was charged with public urination and resisting arrest, which were dismissed because it could not be proved beyond a reasonable doubt.
