Description: On January 8, 2021, Plaintiff was lawfully present at the Kings Plaza Mall at which time he saw Police Officer Defendants (Police Officer Timothy Commander and John Does 1-10) running toward him without probable cause or legal justification. When Defendant Officers caught up to Plaintiff, they shot him two times in the back with a taser. Plaintiff fell to the ground and felt like his back was on fire from being shot. Defendant Officers approach Plaintiff as he was on the ground and put a gun to his head, unlawfully handcuffed him, and falsely arrested him.
