Third Amended Complaint, Stipulation
Description: Defendant officers, arrested plaintiff without cause at his friend's home and charged plaintiff with "Obstructing governmental administration in the second degree". Additionally, on or about April 30, 2009, at approximately 10:00 p.m., defendant officers and another defendant from the DA's office, acting in concert, rearrested the plaintiff while he was already in their custody and charged plaintiff with "Assault in the third degree", and others. Plaintiff was brought to the 70th precinct where he was not given proper medical treatment and was denied food and water and other proper conditions to sleep in prison. The case was dismissed later.
