Description: Defendant Officers barged into apartment without a warrant where Plaintiff was attending a family gathering. DOs forced Plaintiff to take off his clothes stand against his wall in just his boxers. After an extensive search of apt, DOs tightly handcuffed Plaintiff, took to 32nd Precinct, charged with 140.15(1) trespassing by DO Waring, which was later dismissed.
