Description: On August 6, 2019, at approximately 11:00 am, Plaintiff was lawfully present inside 320 Jay Street, Kings County Supreme Court, NY, when Defendant NYPD Officers including Detective Carmelo Santana and other unnamed officers unlawfully stopped, questioned, assaulted, battered, frisked, and falsely arrested Plaintiff without legal justification. Plaintiff was standing in Kings County Supreme Court when Defendant NYPD officers and detectives handcuffed Plaintiff and brought him to the 25th Precinct in New York County. At no time did Plaintiff violate the law. Plaintiff was unlawfully searched, then transported to Central Bookings.
