Description: On May 20, 2019, Plaintiff Acevedo was lawfully and rightfully in her home located at 31 Ravine Avenue, Apt. 4S, Yonkers, New York 10701, she was ordered and compelled to leave her home by Defendants Doe #1 and #2. The defendant officers demanded that Ms. Acevedo accompany them to the 43rd police precinct for questioning. Ms. Acevedo asked if she was under arrest and one or both of the officers said not yet. Ms. Acevedo asked if she could drive herself to the 43rd police precinct in the Bronx and was told that she could not drive herself to the precinct and must accompany the officer in their vehicle. Description: On November 8, 2018, in a private residence in the Bronx, Defendant NYPD Officers Hugh McHugh and John or Jane Does 1-10, without a valid search warrant, illegally entered the home of Plaintiff Charles Osworth, looking for a weapon or ammunition, whereupon they brutally beat, handcuffed, searched and arrested Mr. Osworth before forcibly removing him from his residence to place him in the Defendants' squad car. Plaintiff Tyshawna Moore was present in the apartment during the foregoing events.
