Description: On January 14, 2018 at approximately 10:00 AM at or near the 81st precinct at 30 Ralph Ave. Brooklyn, NY, Monique Thomas was unlawfully searched, seized, detained, and arrested by Det. Michael Grayson and Officer John Does 1-10 and charged with Unauthorized Use of Vehicle in the First Degree. In the arrest, Grayson and the officers used unnecessary force against the Plaintiff and did not intervene despite having the opportunity to do so.
