Description: On February 2, 2020, Plaintiff Ms. Podbielska was legally located in her residence at 85 Newel Street, Apt. 3R, Brooklyn, NY. Without a valid arrest warrant, Defendant NYPD officers, including Officer Asau Ulla and other unnamed officers, seized Plaintiff and unlawfully rear handcuffed her, before transporting her to the 94th NYPD Precinct. At no point did the defendants ever observe Plaintiff commit any crimes or violations of the law.
