Description: On October 19, 2014, Plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, searched, seized handcuffed, and subjected to excessive force. Without any justification, Plaintiff was maced in the face and tased by the Defendants. Plaintiff suffered serious injuries as a result. Plaintiff was then treated at Kings County Hospital Center. After receiving treatment, Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted.
