Description: On or about December 22, 2013, at around 6:20 p.m., Plaintiff was unlawfully and without probable cause arrested in front of 321 West 125th street in Manhattan. During the arrest, Plaintiff was physically assaulted by NYPD officers, leading to injuries on her face, head, and back. Plaintiff was confined for about 1 day, or until December 23, 2013. Plaintiff was not provided with medical care.
