Description: On or about March 30, 2022, Plaintiff was unlawfully stopped by NYPD officers in the subway station, thrown against the benches, and handcuffed for no reason and with no explanation. Plaintiff was transported to and processed at the 17th Precinct, where his Miranda Rights were never read to him. Plaintiff was then transported to Central Booking, where Officers John Doe #1-2 attacked him without provocation, to the point where Plaintiff needed medical attention at a hospital for 10 days. At his arraignment, Plaintiff's bail was set at an exorbitantly high amount and Plaintiff was subsequently transported to Riker's Island for detention.
