Description: On or about June 26, 2019, Plaintiff was arrested and handcuffed in his home by officer Catherin Klyde and certain unnamed officers for no reason. Plaintiff was then taken to the 44th Precinct, where he was attached and slammed into metal bars by other inmates, resulting in multiple injuries. Officer Klyde and certain unnamed officers failed to protect Plaintiff from these attacks.
