Description: On October 13, 2023, at 9:30 pm, officer Kevin Doyle and two more unknown officers approached the plaintiffs who were lawfully in the vicinity of University Avenue and West Tremont Avenue in the County of Bronx, New York, for no reason other than their age and/or race. The officers stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, handcuffed and detained them in an aggressive and excessive manner. The plaintiffs were arraigned after their arrest and thereafter falsely and maliciously prosecuted with committing a crime. The plaintiffs remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and were required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against them were terminated favorably...
