Complaint
Description: On July 7, 2022, Officer James Sullivan, Captain Bekim Kalicovic, and several John Doe officers approached Plaintiff and, for no reason, aggressively grabbed, assaulted, battered, and arrested him, causing Plaintiff to sustain emotional pain and severe permanent physical injuries to his neck, back, body, and limbs, causing Plaintiff to have to seek medical attention and preventing him from completing his usual occupation and duties. Plaintiff remained incarcerated for more than 24 hours following his arraignment and had to appear in court several times before all charges against him were terminated favorably.
