Description: On April 19, 2020, Plaintiff Jeffrey Youman was stopped, questioned, frisked, and falsely arrested by Defendant Police Officers without probable cause or legal justification when he was walking by the apartment complex where his aunt is a resident. Plaintiff did not commit a crime or violate the law in any way, nor did the police officer have an objective reason to accuse Plaintiff of committing a crime or violating the law in any way.
